Framework for the Circulation Element Update

DC&E worked with Whitlock & Weinberger Transportation to determine the policy setting and potential future areas for study in updating Mendocino County's General Plan Circulation Element. DC&E reviewed current land use, development and policy information relevant to the circulation system in incorporated and unincorporated areas, and analyzed land use, environmental and social ramifications of potential circulation policies.
