DC&E developed an alternative design for a proposed superstore-anchored "power center" in Morgan Hill. The DC&E plan creates a pedestrian-scaled "Main Street" environment while making adequate accommodations for parking. DC&E maintained the developer"s proposal for six superstores of varying sizes, parking fields and visual connections to the front doors of the superstores.
