Temescal Design Guidelines

These urban design guidelines, completed for the Temescal Neighbors Together community group, characterized appropriate types of commercial and residential development in the Temescal neighborhood in North Oakland.  The guidelines sought to allow for intensive but sensitively-scaled urban development that would respect the existing character along commercial thoroughfares and in densely settled single-family neighborhoods.*
