San Luis Obispo County, as a subconsultant to Crawford, Multari and Starr

David Early served as a member of a planning team that prepared design guidelines for urban and rural projects in unincorporated portions of San Luis Obispo County.  Mr. Early was the primary author of the first draft of the design guidelines, which addressed individual homes, single-family subdivisions, multi-family housing, small downtowns and the urban/rural interface.*
