North Shattuck Public Improvements Plan

DC&E prepared an urban design and circulation study for the North Shattuck area in Berkeley. The study goals included the improvement of the area's overall physical cohesiveness through urban design, the creation of a physical focal point for the district, the improvement of pedestrian and vehicular circulation, and the provision of adequate parking access and supply. The project included existing conditions and design opportunities analysis, alternatives formulation and public input facilitation.
