Oxford Corridor Planning Study

DC&E conducted planning studies for three University-owned sites located along the Oxford Street corridor in Berkeley. The study consisted of three elements for each site: an opportunities and constraints analysis, site-specific design guidelines and a capacity analysis. These studies enabled University staff to anticipate programming potential for each site and give preliminary design guidelines to architects designing the specific buildings.
