DC&E advised San Jose City Council member Ken Yeager on urban design possibilities for Lincoln Avenue, the main shopping street of the thriving Willow Glen district.  After a site tour of the area, DC&E formulated recommendations regarding traffic calming, parking provision and management, streetscape improvements, key site development and design principles for new private development.
