Pine Street Façade Studies

City of Central Point, Oregon

Working off its previous efforts on the Downtown Revitalization Plan and Downtown Façade Study, DC&E developed an illustrated facade improvement guide for Pine Street business owners in downtown Central Point. The guide contained a range of design ideas including "Main Street" diagrams and photographs, three rendered front facade concept elevations for the Cowley Block and sources and cut sheets for building products. The proposed designs reflected historical context, pedestrian-scaled elements, building additions and characteristic business signage to help increase the vitality of Pine Street.
