On-Call site Design Review

City of Tracy

DC&E is providing on-going design review services to the City of Tracy. Working with City staff, DC&E urban designers review site plans for development proposals and create alternative concepts that illustrate principles that will contribute to a more livable and aesthetically-pleasing built environment in Tracy. DC&E's alternative site plans maintain developer programs while providing additional on-site amenities integrating into the surrounding built environment and creating interconnected street and open space networks.
