Ceres Downtown Specific Plan and EIR

DC&E is working with the City of Ceres to develop a Specific Plan for redevelopment of the downtown area. The plan area features a well-connected network of streets with landscaped roundabouts and a unique mix of older buildings and single-family residences, but it suffers from a lack of strong business activity. DC&E will conduct a series of community workshops to hear from residents and business-owners, and then prepare a Specific Plan that provides conceptual plans for key redevelopment sites, a financing strategy for public/private development, a list of needed infrastructure improvements, and General Plan and Zoning Ordinance amendments.
