Solimar Research Group Joins DC&E!

Bill Fulton joins David Early, Steve Noack, Tom Ford, Sarah Sutton and Nancy Graham as Principal at DC&E, managing DC&E’s Southern California operations and serving as Senior Advisor for all DC&E projects.

Bill Fulton and his staff provide planning services to government agencies, land conservation organizations and developers in urban planning and metropolitan growth trends documentation. Bill is an urban planner, Deputy Mayor of Ventura and best-selling author of several books, including the Guide to California Planning. Solimar’s Southern California presence will strengthen DC&E and will allow us to serve a broader range of clients.
