DC&E recently acquired the planning practice of Bill Fulton’s Solimar Research Group, Inc. providing planning services to government agencies, land conservation organizations and developers in urban planning, Transfer of Development Rights and metropolitan growth trends documentation. 

With offices in Berkeley and Ventura, we provide our clients with state-of-the-art technology and methods in all aspects of our planning, design and landscape architecture. We have in-house capabilities in GIS, CAD, computerized graphics production, visual simulations, and report production. 

DC&E is also now Green Business Certified.
